Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, no trial. UniHive keeps it free.
Where does my information go?
Nowhere. Everything stays on your own phone or computer. Your business info is remembered on this device so you don't have to type it again, and nothing is sent to UniHive or anyone else.
How do I send it to my customer?
Tap “Print or save as PDF”, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. That makes a file you can text, email or print. On a phone, the share button on the PDF lets you send it straight to your customer.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, if you have a payment link from Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo for Business. Paste it in the “Pay-online link” box and it prints on the invoice. Our guide on sending invoices shows free ways to get one.
